Our mobile headshot station provides a seamless and efficient experience for event participants. Here's how it works:
Participants begin by scanning a QR code on their phone to sign up and take a selfie. This allows us to collect their name and email for proper file naming and smooth delivery of their images.
With expert posing and facial expression coaching, we will guide each participant through the process to capture high-quality, professional headshots—all within a matter of minutes.
Once the photos are taken, the files are delivered privately to each participant's phone or email. They can then download their images from their online gallery.

The attendee’s gallery is generated and delivered via SMS or email within seconds, allowing them to access their images instantly. Receiving their photos while the conference or event is still ongoing creates excitement among attendees, driving increased foot traffic to the headshot station.
Each guest photographed in the headshot booth will receive their images via a personalized, secure online gallery, ensuring a private and seamless viewing experience.
How long does it take to photograph each person?
At our busiest times, we can cover an average of one individual every 2 minutes.
What do you require in terms of space?
Our setup is designed to be efficient and unobtrusive. We typically require a 10x10 foot space with access to power and a strong WIFI connection. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and a dedicated team to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for all attendees.
How do students get their headshots?
Students register their email and/or phone number in order to get started. Part of the registration process requires them to take a selfie. Once the photo is taken, their images are instantly retouched and then uploaded to a private online gallery where our system will to match an attendee's contact information to their photo. Each student will then receive a link to their gallery via text and/or email.
How fast do we actually get the retouched photos?
Right there on site. Every photo is retouched and delivered before the person even leaves the booth.
Can students buy additional images?
Yes, each student has options to purchase additional images or the entire gallery.
What happens if more people show up than expected?
Our setup is built for volume, 25 to 30 people an hour. If your numbers run higher than planned, let us know ahead of time and we will plan for it.
Can we brand the booth or gallery with our logo?
Yes. We can add your school branding to the gallery and each individual's image.
What if someone doesn't like their photo?
We can reshoot on the spot before they leave. That's the point of instant retouching, no one walks away stuck with a photo they don't like.
